Hi, I’m Brad Chastain, a mortgage loan originator with First Community Mortgage. My wife and I have been in middle TN since 2011 and made Murfreesboro home in 2013. We’ve got 3 boys, Guy (11), Layton (7) and Brooks (5). They keep life moving fast and are my WHY! I truly love what I do in assisting people in their dream of home ownership. Everyone’s situation is different and unique, and I pride myself on taking an educational and consultative approach with all my clients. I prioritize communication with and between all parties and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire process. I also understand that in this business, we have to work when our clients don’t, which is why I make myself available 24/7. I take my referral relationships very seriously.
